Photo: Juneau, Alaksa
SERVE IN ALASKA

The next VIM Team trip to Juneau and the Southeast Alaska UM Camp
will be June 28 to July 9, 2010. This will mainly be a construction team,
building a new covered activity center/storage area/worship center in the
area near the current outdoor fire circle. Other jobs will be as needed---
like clean up around camp, fire wood hauling and trail clearing. The traditionalhelp at Douglas UMC for their 4th of July deep pit beef barbeque dinnerwill also be on the agenda!

Team member cost for this year’s trip is at $200 each.
That covers food, van gas, insurance and $100 to camp building fund!
And we use the White Salmon UMC as our clearing house.Travel costs, including souvenirs, are in addition to this and your own responsibility.

We would like to have around 12 on the team and certainly welcomenewcomers to VIM activities as this is usually easy work, in great scenery
and a fantastic group of locals to meet and play with!
