Volunteers Needed for DeKalb County, GA Trip Trinity UMC of Sarasota, Florida will send a work team to DeKalb County, GA, August 1 thru 7. Volunteers are needed for the entire 7 days. Individuals may also volunteer for Aug 1-4 and 4-7 if the full week is not possible. The team will be doing restoration work in homes. This 9-12 month opportunity is for anyone, 18 or older who desires to grow in their relationship with Christ and in their relationships with people who are vulnerable, and who are struggling with poverty. The AI internship seeks to create a discipleship training experience where there is a balance of action, education and relationships with people in need.
